- Pakistan (pop. 176.2 million)
- Cambodia (pop., 13.5 million)
- Bangladesh (pop., 165.1 million)
- Timor-Leste (pop., 1.1 million)

- Low: Less than or equal to 4.9
- Moderate: 5.0 to 9.9
